Store Policies

Shipping info: All orders are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number. Items ship in 2-5 business days, except for shirts which ship in 3-7 business days (they're made to order, which means no wasted clothing!) I have no control over shipping times once they are handed over to USPS, so please consider packages may be delayed due to the ongoing pandemic. If you have any questions I am happy to help via email.

Store policies

Cancellations: Orders can generally be cancelled as long as they have not been fulfilled/shipped. Please email me immediately if you want to cancel your order.

Returns/Exchanges: If you want to return or exchange your item, please email me within 7 days of package delivery. Returns are handled on a case by case basis due to the unique nature of handmade products. Custom and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
